The Three Bears (The Goldilocks Factor) 2007
This work also called the ‘Goldilocks Factor’, after the theory that asserts that for a planet to produce life, conditions have to be “just right”. These three sculptures have the skins and fur of cow, bear, rabbit and opossum, feathers of birds, scales of reptile (skins of snake) and plant materials and seeds in different combinations, each bear an identical cast for life to develop and form, but only one is ‘just right!’.
