Eve’s insurrection in the Garden of Eden may very well be the very first act of environmental vandalism, arguably it was the symbolic turning point where mankind became caretakers of the earth, no longer innocents running barefoot through it, but managers of its domain.

Charles Darwin’s widely accepted theory of natural selection is all to often imagined as a historical phenomena, not a continuous processes that shapes life on earth.

As we return to that symbolic Garden of Eden sometime in the future, we do so complicit in both the change and demise humankind has brought to the evolutionary process and how it might manifest.
